ANSWERS:
1.- How much are the numbers in the back?
The numbers in the back are $1.50 each. They are the ironed on type (very durable) and are 8" high.

2.- How much is shipping?
We usually ship via U.S. Priority Mail, which takes 2 - 3 business days, and it's inexpensive. Also, we add the "Delivery Confirmation" slip to track the shipment, and insure it as well. If you prefer some other method of shipping, just let us know. The cost for shipping (within Continental U.S.) usually averages $1 per uniform (International shipments are more expensive).

3.- How much is to add a Team Logo?
Each logo is silkscreened, and the cost is $3. Plus a one time screen set up fee of $100. Any time in the future you need extra uniforms, the only extra charge to add a logo is $3.

4.- How do we size the players to get the correct sizes?
The measurements we use, are standard, and true to size. However, to make sure please go to the Size Chart page, and you'll see the jersey chest measures along with player's weight for extra reference.

5.- What is the material for those uniforms?
Our jerseys are done in 100% polyester, light, breathable yet durable. They are made to last many, many seasons!

6.- Can we buy shirts only and not the shorts and socks?
Sure! The price will depend on the style and quantities purchased. Just email us if you need a quote on any particular style.

7.- What are your store hours?
We are open 7 days, from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Pacific Time. You can call our Toll-Free number at (800) 839 9445.

8.- What is your turnaround time?
Normal turnaround is a week, 10 days. Sometimes 2 weeks. If there are larger orders (over 400 uniforms) it may take up to 4 weeks. But our main concern is to deliver quality, rather than speeding up production and not satisfy your expectations.

9.- Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we send them via U.S. Mail, with insurance and registration receipts.

Of course! You can order additional uniforms any time in the future; we always keep our styles.

We manufacture them here in our Los Angeles factory. Yet, in some cases due to overwhelming requests, we outsource them to our satellite factories, under strict quality supervision.

13.- Do you have a return policy?
Returns will be only accepted with a proper R.A. number obtained from the company via the return dep. A 15% restocking charge will be levied on in stock items. We do not issue refunds or returns of custom uniforms, warmups, or printed jerseys, with any numbers or letters. Defective items will be either replaced or credited to the account. Items deemed repairable will not be replaced or credited. In no case will a cash refund be issued.

14.- Is it possible to get a sample of the uniform?
We don't have samples to send; however if you really need to have one, we'll have to make it for you, and bill you for it.
